Description

Cutting back off the right side of Clemmer trail, the Naked Widow shows her mean side with a techy rock garden to start things off. The rock garden switches back to the right and climbs only to switch back to the left with rocks strewn all over after that.

Climbing continues on a side cut trail through some clearings. There are several rock gardens along this section. Once back in the woods, the trail mellows out and climbs to a bald where it can be connected to the Slick Rock Hancock Loop. The Naked Widow trail turns right out of the clearing.

After climbing for a bit more the trail turns downward. This descent is gnarly! The soil is very sandy with many baby head sized rocks rolling free in the trail bed. At the bottom, the trail bears left and becomes a very easy doubletrack out to its connection to Benton Falls Trail
