This starts near the amazing Silver Falls, views are great, little traffic, and a bit steep in spots. Great way to get high. There will be some OHVs.

The access is a good gravel road. Park and start biking when it gets rocky, a little before Silver Falls. The bike route starts mostly flat and easy, but then it starts to climb and becomes a 4WD road. Grade is hard only in one long spot in the middle. You'll see dramatic vegetation changes and get a good high altitude, Colorado experience.
