Description

Use this connector trail when coming to/from the AABC (Aspen Airport Business Center). While most of this route is a flat dirt road that parallels the Roaring Fork River, the connection to the Rio Grande Trail is a short, steep, rocky challenge. The connection to the AABC is also a steep climb with even more elevation to gain.

The Rio Grande Trail and this route can be used as part of a valley floor tour by returning towards Aspen on the Bike Path between Aspen Airport Business Center & Aspen.
