Description

MoJoe is the newest trail in this area (March 2013), constructed as an add on to the Joe's Ridge descent. The top half of the trail is a fast, flowy downhill that advanced riders will ride with no brakes.

Adding to the challenge and fun are many very well-constructed ramps, doubles, and tabletops along the way. The jumps aren't huge, and can be good for riders wanting to work their way up to dirt-jumping. All of the jumps are easily bypassed or rolled over.

The bottom half of the trail starts to flatten out as it winds its way through the drainage, with an increasing number of short, sharp climbs and g-outs in small gullies.

The final section at the bottom is more open and flatter, but still twisty and fun, with expansive views in all directions.

At the bottom, you can either make a left to return to the parking lot, or make a right to begin the Zippity Loop.

Flow for beginners but still fun for more advanced riders. If you want someone to learn to love mountain biking, Kessel Run is your trail!
