Description

Sandtrap is a doubletrack that can be ridden in either direction. If you come up from Limestone Canyon Road, a challenging climb awaits. However coming up Hicks Haul Road (paved) via East Loma is much more enjoyable.

Sandtrap has a steep descent and it's a little slippery in a couple small segments. The major highlights for Sandtrap, though, are the spectacular views of the surrounding mountains and hills, as well as the coast and LA.
