A good connector from the Green Mountain Loop to the Peak that avoids most of the Service Road Climb

Chris Wahlen

Electric Mountain Bikes Unknown

Features -none-

Description

Head up the steep start from the Green Mountain Loop, after the first switchbacks the climbing is more manageable. Sharp left at the only intersection on the trail to stay on Hayden and continue climbing to the road. Once you hit the road there will be less than 1/2 mile of service road to the peak.

First ride of the season, why not start it with a bit ass climb.

I love this as a climb because it's wide enough for two way traffic but switchbacks and chunky technical sections make it more fun than a fire road.

Terrible climb, just go up the toad. Way too many loose rocks
