“An aptly-named spur with benches, a memorial plaque, and rewarding views.”
— Shlomo Waser
There are a couple of picnic benches and on clear days good views of the Pacific Ocean. This is a very pleasant place to have a break.
On the way down from the hill, check the memorial plaque, at the bottom of the Vista Point hill. This plaque is in memory of the people who died on October 1953, when their DC-6 aircraft, named Resolution, crashed nearby.
