Double wide trail, with occasional hikers and bikers, climbing the hill for views of the Mountain View / South Bay area. Multiple entry / exit points around the Ampitheatre and Google campus.

A few amenities at Shoreline Park (across the golf course), including Michael's cafe, kayak rentals and restrooms.

The 1.5 miles of trails lead to one of Mountain View's most spectacular viewing areas of the South Bay that includes Stanford University's Hoover Tower, nearby marshes, Shoreline Golf Links and, on clear days, the San Francisco skyline.

Parking is available across Ampitheatre Parkway at Charleston Park or in Shoreline At Mountain View.

Terrain is hard pack, with some loose gravel, mild climbs to the top of the slope and around the area. Nice views of the San Francisco Bay, Shoreline, the Googleplex and more.
