Family Friendly Easygoing trail suitable for novice mountain bikers.

Need to Know

Parking available at the connected trail centers at Lubell Park or Bales Park.

Description

The trail is defined by a series of eight switchbacks on the west section of the trail, none of which are steep or overly challenging. Can be ridden both directions but makes a great climbing trail (east to west) as you can carry enough speed into some of the switchbacks that you can coast through the uphill turn.

This is the shorter and more challenging of the two east-side Mooser Hollow trails, but still solidly a green difficulty trail.
