Description

There are a lot of interconnecting trails at Palmer Park and not always a lot of signage. The Yucca Trail is no different as it loops around the top of the mesa. Most of the time it's flat doubletrack, but to the east it follows a short section of twisty singletrack.

On the north end, the Yucca Trail Alternate follows the edge of the mesa as it overlaps the Templeton Trail. This section is substantially more difficult than the main Yucca Trail.

This is what you'll see a lot of on Yucca Trail's doubletrack portions.

This is where you can break off the Templeton/Yucca overlap and head back to Yucca's doubletrack...if you can get there.
