Description

Hustle & Flow is a one-way cross country trail that forms an outer and inner loop around the hill. This easy trail features smooth climbs and a surprising amount of flow on the downs.

The start of the trail can be found off the Swan Creek North Connector just past the drops. Make sure to head to the trail sign, as a nearby exiting trail is misleading. A few mellow turns bring riders to some of the only features along the trail. Easy and harder signs allow you to choose between go-arounds or a few wooden ramps and drops (very slippery when wet).

A sweeping left hand berm ushers in a winding benched section of trail that soon splits. Left will take you on the easy route, while the right is slightly more challenging with a small rock garden and wooden bridge.

Continuing on, the trail manages a nice blend of easy climbing followed by sections of pumping descent. As you encounter various intersections, head toward any "one-way bike trail" signs to keep on track.

Just past the intersection with the Swan Creek South Connector is the entrance to Feedback. This fun detour is worth a spin and the return trip is very quick. To the right, Hustle & Flow heads into a bright section of woods where it playfully follows the contours of the hill.

As you circle around to the north, the trail intersects with Braking Bad and then its exit can be found just a little ways down trail. Keep following the "easier" signage or bear right where unmarked. You'll soon find yourself descending along a well benched sidehill, followed by a long, shallow berm.

Keep left between a large rock and the start of Murphy's Law to make your way back toward the north entrance. You'll pass a wooden bridge and then the entrance to Light Rail before the trail curves around the slope and intersects with the Swan Creek North Connector

Hustle & Flow isn't finished, it's merely switching to the inner loop that begins next to a trail sign. The climb up the hill starts with a couple of rocky switchbacks. Beyond these, the climbing continues to wind through the trees and past the Light Rail Connector. Higher up, Joy Ride, Frigid Air, and TNT are passed in a well-cleared opening in the trees.

Just a little more climbing takes you to another clearing with signs for Ground Control and Major Tom. There's also an "easier" sign that points the way for Hustle & Flow. This nice section of flow and pumps brings you past Chasing Squirrels and back to the clearing just a few yards from where you
