Please do not ride when wet. Tiger Mountain trails need a few days to dry out after rain.
One Way Only: This is designated as a directional trail.
Overview
An excellent sampler of Tiger Mountain, getting 2000+ feet of climbing and descending on some of the best blue and black trails around.
Description
Start with the standard climb up Master, Quick, and
Power Link trails to the top of the mountain. This 2,000 foot ascent will make you work, but it's worth it for all the downhill in store. Enjoy a nice preview with and warm up going down
Summit Trail, and make the turn onto
Off The Grid (OTG).
OTG is an aggressive flow trail with a little bit of everything. If it feels tough, then stay on this trail until it ends at the crossover road. If you're looking for more, then follow this route as mapped and make the turn onto Not Off The Grid.
NOTG is a more raw and technical alternative to switch things up. It ends at the same place as OTG at the crossover road.
Take a right here and dip onto
Crosshaul, a new trail that makes an enjoyable climb all the way over to
Inside Passage. A short spin on Inside will deliver you to the top of
Atlas and the final leg of the descent.
If OTG and
NOTG felt fast and fun, then
Atlas will really rip for you. If those trails felt hard, then this might be a welcome step down in difficulty. It's a well-built blue designed to be "spicy" according to the sign. If you want something tougher than
Atlas, just keep going on Inside to descend EBAD instead.
The bottom of
Atlas puts you onto
NWT Bypass, which is directional leading back to the start of
Master Link and the parking area.
