Description

From the junction with Live Wire 1 at the Massengale Point parking lot, Live Wire 2 is a fast flowing descent along the north side of the Raccoon Mountain trail system. The trail is primarily smooth singletrack, broken up by several sections of rock gardens that are relatively easily managed on the descent, and moderately technical on the uphill. The technical sections are nothing that requires significant commitment or comes with any meaningful exposure.
