Description

Coming off the Marsh Trail, the first portion is mainly dirt singletrack through and under the trees, with a few portions where the trail widens. There's not a particularly steep climb in any spot, and it eventually switches back and forth between singletrack and doubletrack.

The descent quickly turns from smooth to rocky and loose, and at times you are faced with avoiding the erosion and trying to maintain a good line. Though it's narrow in places, it's not a particularly difficult trail, and especially not if you are holding back your speed. The Ridge Trail intersects with the end of the Marsh Trail at a forested depression before it climbs and then descends to the intersection with the Schultz Trail and Pig Flat Trail.

One of the many meadows along the Ridge Trail. It may look smooth here but there is plenty of rock mixed into the singletrack.

few wet spots, I don't recommend riding through puddles, will cause excessive damage to trail. 2.9mi
