EKG is an option loop at River Legacy. It's the most sustained technical trail in the network and features tight, twisting singletrack punctuated by short steep climbs and fast descents. It's all about fast transitions between pedaling up and coasting down.

EKG is the first loop encountered when starting from the parking area. It can be combined with the River Legacy Full Tour for extra credit.

The trail has several 'options' where red takes you on a more challenging section of trail than blue.

The route ends near the intersection with South Loop, a milder and shorter version of EKG.
