Parking & restrooms available at Midland TH (CR304).

Description

From the parking area on CR304 (Midland TH), head east for .2 miles & onto the Midland Bike Trail. Almost immediately, you'll see the entrance to Sausage Link on your left. Take the left & begin a gradual climb on this great serpentine singletrack.

As you reach the end of the trail, you'll find yourself on a bit of slick rock. The trail can be a little more difficult to follow, but stay alert & you'll make it though without issue. Enjoy the fun, curvy downhill as you approach CR376.

Sausage Link is fantastic in either direction, but for the "Best of BV" Breakfast Meats Loop, continue on to Bacon Bits (1450A) to Midland Bike Trail. If you're up for a more technical challenge, take Unchained back towards the parking lot on CR304. If not, Midland Bike Trail provides a nice ride back as well. This loop works well counterclockwise as well if you're not planning on riding Unchained.

Great trail. I took the road back due to timing but would have loved to ride back down Sausage. 1.7mi — 0h 40m

This is a fun one. Truly moderate; some toothy rocks and slabs to roll, but nothing too scary. Don't climb up it.
