Description

Lizard Foot is the heart of the Goblin Valley trail system, connecting the parking area with several loops. The trail is very playful, dipping and diving through drainages that run along a small butte on the mesa.

You'll be able to keep your speed up as the trail is hard-packed with good flow.

Take care near the viewpoint above Molly's Castle. The trail gets close to the edge. It's great for those who love the feeling of a little exposure.

All of the Goblin SP trails are super fun. They are great confidence builders for newbies and fast flowy for the old hands.

Some trails are one way, yet not indicated on the map! Follow the numbers in order and you'll hit all. VERY sandy, able to stop you cold even DH.
