Flo is the newest trail in Cady Hill Forest trail system. Currently, the short section from The Cady Hill Connector to Zog's is incomplete, but eventually this trail will drop nearly 300 vertical feet to Charlie's (as shown on the map).

Entirely machine built, Flo is a fast trail with many high berms, and tabletops of small to moderate sizes. It's easy to ride slowly, but hard to ride fast unless you have pump and jump skills. This is a great trail to take someone who is starting to do 'real" mountain bike rides, or for the more advanced rider who wants to air it out and go fast.
