Lauren's Trail is generally ridden as a descent from the intersection with Peak-a-View. It can be ridden up as well. This trail is littered with chunk of all types, but still flows really well. W/hen ridden from West to East (top to bottom), expect a couple of short, technical uphills at the bottom to keep you honest. The first singletrack you encounter on your left at the bottom of the trail will take you to 8 Bridges Trail. If you go straight this will take you to the top again.
