West side weaves through trees/bushes. East side is a dirt road. Singletracks criss-cross it all.

Description

If you follow the widest trails through this flood control basin, you'll most likely be on this loop. However, there are a large number of singletracks that weave in and out of this whole area, connecting and crossing the main trails. Take note of unique features as you might get turned around in the maze (as of 8/1/18, the main trails are roped off for fire recovery, which limits your chances of wandering off the main trail).

The flat area that this trail crosses gets flooded intentionally during heavy rains, and as a result the soil is extremely sandy. Watch for surprise sand pits around turns and in low spots.
