Description

Javelina is most enjoyable riding north to south, starting at an intersection with Jordan. The upper part of the route is fast downhill that transitions into some tight turns and narrow singletrack.

The middle part of the trail is more mellow with easy turns through open hillsides. Stay to the right when you enter an area below some large houses on the slopes above.

The lower reaches are steeper and twisty providing a fun finish to the route.

From the bottom intersection with Grand Central it's possible to connect over to Crusty and Adobe Jack to create a perimeter route.

Very fun trail. Great flow and not too technical. I rode as part of a loop that included Teacup, Jordan, Gran Central and Adobe Jack.
