A fun easy trail with a couple of short climbs. There are two major wash crossings which may need to be walked. Good views once at the top at around mile 2.2.

It starts out near a power line road just off of Ferguson Lake Road. Just after starting it crosses large wash and works is way higher into the senator wash desert. At 1.8 miles it crosses another wash which is deep and can be dangerous to ride across. After this wash is climbs to the top of the mesa and is fast a fun until about 2.4 miles when it enters a large boulder field with a lot turns. It is narrow so you need to time you peddling.

You reach then end of Pi and an intersection with two other trails. To the left is the difficult and technical Scary Trail to the right is the fast and flat Senator Wash Rim Trail.
