Snake Dance (Upper Section)

This trail can be connected to the Snake Dance lower section at the USFS Rd 04N12 or loop around riding back on the USFS Rd 04N12 for a total of 2.5 mi. The trail begins with a relatively flat section through a flat area next to The Gargoyles. meadows and forest.

I use that area to park and hang out with a superb sunset views. The trail is very flowy with one rocky uphill section ~0,4 miles from the trailhead. There are also a few sections of loose sand and a downhill rocky section right before the intersection (~1.2 miles from the trailhead)) with the 04N12 rd.
