There is an overflow parking lot across Carrol Creek Rd where the boat ramp is. That is also where the restrooms are located.

The Kidd Dreamline can be accessed directly from the main trailhead parking lot. The trail is a half-mile, singletrack loop that combines bike-optimized features such as rollers and berms with alternative lines featuring natural rock, low-to-ground wood skinnies, and a progressive dropzone (three different sizes) with the biggest drop being about 3.5 to 4 feet. There is a ride-around for this drop zone too.
