Description

I went up this trail as an alternative to the Mine Hill Trail. It is a fair alternative and I did arrive to English Town faster; however, it was a lot steeper and the views are no better than Mine Hill Trail.

If you go up the trails from Old Almaden a lot then this is a nice alternative, but I would choose Mine Hill Trail more often than not.

The one good part of this trail is it provides access to the Deep Gulch Trail which I liked a lot for mountain biking.
