One Way Only: This is designated as a directional trail.
Description
This trail is not rocky, so it could be ridden by experts and/or novices. This trail has two sections, the upper and lower. There is a wood open gate on the middle of the trail where some riders exit to repeat the upper section.
The upper section:
The trail allows you quickly to build speed to clear table tops and rollable gap jumps. The trail has two consecutive drops (non-mandatory). The first drop is about 3ft to flat and the second drop is about a 6ft drop to an inclined landing. None of these drops are mandatory, but they are designed so you could opt for doing the first drop and avoid the second one, or avoid both. The landing of the first drop feels harsher than the second drop since it's a flat landing.
The lower section:
After the gates, keep your speed to be received by two consecutive berms, then a small table top. After this small table top, pedal quickly to build more speed for the next three big table tops where you could get 5 to 6 ft of air if done correctly. Another set of berms, followed by three big table tops, more berms and small table tops, more berms and small table tops, and then berms, berms, berms and it's over.
There are two ways back to the top.
The first option (recommended):
Once you finish the trail there is a trail entrance right in front of you. Hike your bike up, hit a left on the intersection, and you'll quickly get to the gates on the middle of the trail. From the gates, keep pedaling and you'll eventually have turn left and will see the two drops on your left side. Keep pedaling until the next gravel or service road. Turn left on the service road and hike your bike you'll quickly see the radio towers. Otherwise, you'll have to keep pedaling a lot more to get to the top.
The second option:
Once you finish the lower section, turn left and you'll find a road (fire department and police station right in front of you), turn right, and you'll find a trail entrance on your right. This option is more pedal friendly than the first option.
