Description

Between the West Rim Trail's south trailhead and the Junction Bridge, this dirt section of NM State Road 567 descends into the Rio Grande Gorge, utilizing a couple steep switchbacks and crossing various cliffs and boulders. The views are incredible. Provides access to La Vista Verde Trail and The Slide Trail from the west, or from the east side of the rio at the Rio Pueblo Campground you can ride up to the west rim and explore that side of the gorge.
