DuPont State Recreational Forest is a very popular multi-use, bi-directional trail system, so be on the lookout for hikers, horses, and other cyclists. It is normally open in any weather although it can close in extended periods of freeze/thaw during the winter.

Description

High Falls Trail starts near the High Falls parking area off of Buck Forest Road. The trail descends slightly before a gentle climb up to the intersection with Triple Falls Trail. After crossing Triple Falls Trail, the fun begins with a steep downhill section with tons of water bars to get some air on. Don't go too fast or you'll miss all the natural beauty of High Falls and the Little River on your right. At the mile mark the trail ends at the intersection with Triple Falls Trail about 0.25 miles from the viewing area.
