There is a $6 vehicle entry fee or a $2 fee if entering the park on bike.

Description

From the south, the Mule Deer Trail begins near the terminus of the South Trail and ends to the north on a dirt road next to the main trailhead. The terrain is mostly intermediate with some short climbs and a downhill section before reaching the trailhead.

From the parking area, riders can continue on the Ford Canyon Trail or take a right onto the Wildlife trail which leads to a wildlife pond next to a windmill.
