Family Friendly The perfect next step after tackling Bluebell Trail. The trail has one tricky creek crossing and a few spots where children could find some trouble, but overall it is pretty easy.

Description

Cottonwood Trail is a wide trail that has small undulations. It would be the perfect next step up from the Bluebell Trail. The loop at the end is a boardwalk that is elevated 1-2 feet. Entering from the primitive campground would make this trail very easy and potentially wheelchair accessible to adventurous souls. It also serves as a connector for the Point Trail and Allen's Mountain.
