The park officially closes at night. This doesn't necessarily mean you won't see folks riding at night...

Description

Head up Scott Canyon Trail and take a slight left after "The Tree" to start Jedi. The climb starts with some blind switchbacks, so be alert for riders coming down. There are a number of steep and loose sections along the way, making for a leg burning climb. There are also some deep ruts and narrow sections that add a technical element as well.

Once you are at the top of Jedi, you have many options for extending your ride. Take a right to reach Jackrabbit and Monkey Puzzle, take a sharp left to reach Return of the Jedi, Snail Trail, or a slight left to head further into the hills.

The ride down is fast and exciting. You'll wish that you had paid better attention to the ruts and ditches on the way up, especially the "Bike Eater." Watch out for riders coming up, especially around the blind switchbacks. Jedi is always a fun choice and a good way to reach other trails.

Please see this link for a map of the area. Not all trails are shown.
