Description

Vance's Cove is the continuation of Wilson Cove Trail 1014 the name changes as the trail crosses the state line. Vance's Cove Trail follows Paddy Run through the wet lowlands of Vance's Cove, a former agricultural community. At the state line, the trail begins with a fun, gradual, singletrack descent with frequent water bar jumps before flattening out and widening to doubletrack.

The trail stays wet through most of the year, with seeps and springs in the tread and mud holes bring some extra chain lube if you plan on a longer ride!

Vance's Cove continues east until it intersects Paddy's Cove Lane. It's low and boggy the whole way, so nobody but hunters use it for anything but connecting Wilson Cove to Forest Road 93.
