A 9.5 mile ride Surrounding Puddingstone Reservoir.

E-Bikes Unknown

Features -none-

Surrounding Puddingstone Reservoir in Frank G. Bonelli Regional Park, the 9.5 mile Bonelli Trail offers a great variety of terrain and settings. Users can ride the trail in the surrounding foothills to get exceptional views, take a relatively easy ride at lake level, or do the entire trail as a loop. You can find some singletrack, good climbs and wide open decents

Need to Know

There's a creek crossing on the backside between Rocky Trail and North Shore Trail. It is managed well, rarely deep and usually easily crossed.

Although the ride doesn't offer a great deal of technical trails, you'll get a workout with the rolling hills and occasional steep climb. If you want technical sections you can find some. The most difficult portion of the trails are the climbs, so a nice hardtail would do great out there. There are a lot of trails to choose from, so it could keep you occupied for a while if you were up to it.

Didn't like this route very much. Mostly exposed fire roads far from the lake. Check out the other trails on the map here: Aug 22, 2016

this time of the year its hot on the outter trail if your not there early morning or close to sunset. the inner trails are included in the map above though. those are the trails they mostly use for the XC races they hold there, they are fun too. I like the outside trail to get more miles and climbing in. Aug 22, 2016
