Description

Stonewall Creek connects Upper Green Valley Fire Road and Soapstone Grade Fire Road, but it is more rustic and rocky than either. It follows the depression between Stonewall Peak to the east and another set of unnamed peaks to the east. The lower portion of the trail passes close to Stonewall Creek.

The trees become more and more sparse as you travel northwards (and up) along the road.

Nothing special, but it offers easier connectivity between the northern and southern ends of Cuyamaca Rancho State Park.
