Description

Wedged between the Lowland Trail and the Maintenance Road, you'll find Ebb and Flow South. Built with much the same ideas as Ebb and Flow, this trail has some great twists and turns, but includes a little more elevation changes. Get as much speed as you feel comfortable with while rolling down this winding trail.
