Description

This fireroad makes a physically challenging climb to Skyline Boulevard. The challenge is in the sustained grade, not the technicality. It is a fairly smooth fire road although tire grip may become a challenge if you want to get out of the saddle. If you descend, be careful of the many hikers who frequent this route.

Trails were mostly OK, but some sections were slick and unrideable from mud from the recent rains. 2.7mi — 0h 30m

Combined this with Arastradero for a longer ride. Fun downhill on the way back! 26mi — 3h 00m
