This trail is open pretty much year round, although snow could make it icy on the upper slopes. Use your best judgement when setting out to ride.

Description

The first little bit of this trail is pavement, but the surface soon switches to a gravel road for the duration of the climb. The first 1.5 miles averages 16%. The next 7 miles falls into the 7-8% category followed by a punishing last half mile up around 20%.

This last section is a lot more rocky and more of a jeep track. The current Strava record stands at 1:20. Pace yourself, soak up the views and enjoy the challenge.
