No closures, but NO FUN if it's wet!

Description

Take Highway 3 North past the town of Acton. Take a right onto Oswald Road, which is located between mile marker 18 and 19. Continue 6.5 miles until Haeg Road and take a right. About 2.5 miles farther is the parking lot and the entrance to the Acton Recreation Area.

The entire area is being developed through a partnership between the BLM and local IMBA club, Pedal United. Trails are constantly developing, with the goal of turning the Acton Recreation area into a mountain bike destination.

Rollercoaster begins on the hill north of the parking area. A superb flow trail, riders will enjoy berms and descents galore. This trail can be ridden as the intermediate trail it was designed to be, BUT there are many optional black diamond features!

Once you've reached the bottom, wipe the grin off your face, sit back for a spin up Heag Road to hit another fantastic trail!
