Another great part of the quarry trails. Access to this trail is either off of the Chumash Trail or the Park Ridge Trail. There are a couple great challenging climbs or downhill sections off of this.

Several wood bridges, one of which has a bend and currently a missing board. This is one of my favorite trails as we almost always see larger wildlife. About a half mile into the trail, you'll encounter a left turn to do a challenging climb up the Upper Crespi Trail; I highly recommend for the views near the top.

A little past this intersection there will be a connector trail off to the right which is very rocky and a steep descent. Continue on the main stretch of trail which will bring you down to the oak section. Once ride up through the oaks you'll have a nice long fast descent to the Chumash Trail.
