Description

Lake Grove Trail is a steep footpath to connect from Lake Drive to the Overlook Trail. It can be used to connect further down to the Mayor's Trail along Washington Blvd. It has several very steep switchbacks and a few rock stairs. This should be considered a hike-a -bike section.

This trail was originally built during the "Works Progress" era of the 1930's as are several other trails in Highland Park.
