Description

Jarrett Creek is most often used as a connector to Curtis Creek road and way to get back to Old Fort. Gated and lightly used, it's much more like a trail than a road these days, with a mix of gravel and natural surface.

Traveling in the Curtis Creek direction, this trail drops approximately 1000 ft. from its highest point, and the last 4.5 miles are almost all downhill.

Rode up and back down from the parking lot. Only one tree blocking road. Next time I'll ride a mountain bike and not a gravel bike. 17.5mi — 3h 33m

Fun doubletrack gravel ride. Consistent ascent on the way up, to a blasting run back to the bottom. Packed gravel, loose flint rock.
