Parking is possible at both ends of the trail, although the doubletrack trail to the lake is very rough. Riding this trail as part of a loop is recommended starting from the terminus of this trail. Start by climbing up Whiteshirt and take Chasing Waterfalls to the lake.

Turn off the doubletrack trail by the big lake and follow the markers to the east. The trail follows the lake before breaking off to the left. Some technical segments can be walked easily. A very short climb gets you to the top of the trail followed by an easy descent to the small lake. Go past the lake on the right until you get to the outlet and cross there on the stones. A short climb takes you to the next top which is followed by a fast and fun downhill until the trail meets the road.
