The Red Loop will take you winding through the singletrack that is fast and flowing. You'll be riding a trail that wraps around the athletic facilities of South Alabama University.

Parking is easily accessed behind the football practice facility.

You'll start off with some causal rooty turns and flat ground that will lead you to a hill with a tough downhill that will shoot you right out into the Red Rock trail area. Red Rock will have you cross a campus road (BE MINDFUL OF THE TRAFFIC) and take you directly into one of the most fun sections of the ride.

This area of the trail offers some fast fun turns with berms and a nice flow. Once you've conquered this area, you'll cross back over the campus road and enter into the Eric's Trail area.

Eric's Trail has some log obstacles and some very technical root areas that will keep you on your toes. Upon exiting Eric's Trail, you're going to shoot down TTT Down and get really moving. Possibly the fastest area on the trail, it will have your adrenaline maxed. Be ready because you'll have to squeeze through the Twin Oaks.

After that, you're going to have to pay for the downhill as you climb back up the TTT Up section. This will lead you to the area known as Mayhem where you can again increase the speed until a long rooty climb will have you slowing again.

You're ready now to head towards the end! Just tuck your head and keep the pedal to the metal, when you reach the dips at the end, you've made it!
