Description

Three free trailhead parking lots provide access at different locations along the trail. Leashed dogs are welcome.

Expect scenic views of the Catskill Mountains and New York's largest reservoir, The Ashokan. There is a raised boardwalk that heads over a protected wetland area, which is home to many creatures.

There are rest areas with benches and signage describing history and local landmarks.
