This is the best loop to avoid the doubletrack areas, while hitting all the good stuff. Because this ride does skip the east side you do miss out on Goat, which is unfortunate. But with this loop, you can easily change it up if you need to cut it short or have more time.

The ride starts in the lower parking lot at the end of Point Douglas Road S. From there, you ride north on the paved trail until you take a left into Jesus Saves. Follow that down North Rim / Dingo and onto the Overlook Trail. Take a quick break at the viewpoint overlooking St. Paul, then head south and stay left to continue onto Travis's Trail.

Keep heading south and connect back up with the Overlook Trail. You can either stay left and head towards the Chute or take the bypass on the right to Parking Lot Connector. Now that you're back at the parking lot, head north again along the paved trail and turn right to the Luge Connector/The Narrows. Stay left along the rock face to The Hump. At the top of The Hump, you can stay left to skip Big Wheezy using the Cop Out or drop down into Freight Train.

After the Freight Train, enjoy the long haul of the famous Big Wheezy. Big Wheezy ends at some ski trails, stay to the left and continue down the ski trail. The first left is Cop Out and will bring you back to Freight Train. The second left is the start of the Picnic Table. Continue left after the Picnic Table. You can choose to go down the Luge which is the first left or continue past the Luge and connect up with the Wall of Death. If you survive the Wall of Death, head left down the paved trail back to the parking lot.
