Nearby equestrians do use parts of this trail, so always be prepared to leash your pet just in case.

Description

This is a great neighborhood trail which is mostly on gravel path. There's more than one way to do this route.

There are many access point within the Kenosha Farm neighborhood, so you can get on and off the trail almost anywhere. This is not worth driving to (if you don't live in the area), but if you do drive, Crescent Park makes for a good start and end point with plenty of room for curbside parking along Lombardi Street.

Enjoy views of farmhouses, livestock, the Front Range, including Longs Peak, and incredible sunsets. My favorite use of this trail is to "bike" my dog. The almost secluded route means more freedom for your four-legged companion to stretch his/her legs. Though occasionally you'll come across those who frown upon "off-leash" pets, most passersby are friendly to dogs - on or off-leash.
