This tree-shaded side path, located on the south side of Clay Road, runs along the north side of the golf course and the park pavilions. Though mostly asphalt, the east and west ends are concrete.

On the west end, the best access is using the crosswalk signal at Hickory Downs. The path does extend to Aspenglen Drive, but there is no traffic signal at this point.

On the east end, there is access to Bear Creek Park via Bear Creek Drive. Van Sant Lane is a one-way street that can be used to go from the park to the path. The path extends with sidewalk width across the Langham Creek bridge and ends on the shoulder of Clay Road on the east side of the creek.
