Description
Loop 4 drops into the woods where you find rock gardens, roots, tight tree gates, and steep, short climbs. It continues as it pops out of the woods and climbs a hill and heads into "Berm Baby Berm"(a downhill "S" that has berms) before heading back into woods and more rock gardens, roots, ups, downs and trees, lots of trees.
From the outlet of the woods, you have a short pedal in open prairie then a long rock chute to a berm that will send you downhill to a couple of dirt jumps another berm into some open land. Continue on to
Loop 5.
Loop 4 inbound starts out in the open prairie, dives into the trees through a tree gate, and heads up a hill to a switchback. Continue as it crosses the prairie again before ducking back into the trees with lots of short drops and climbs and then "Pistol Whip". Pistol Whip is the biggest drop on the trail. It'll get your adrenaline pumping, or you can take the bypass.
The trail will wind you in and out of the trees and then arrive at "Inspiration Point". There is a bench to rest and enjoy the view of the lake. Now onto another drop through a rock garden before heading back up to the prairie and on to
Loop 3 inbound.
