The trail begins at the end of Rocky High Road between two houses and continues up into the canyon for which it is named. About a quarter mile in, you'll come to a fork with a sign claiming that the trail goes either way. Don't trust the sign for going to the right leads you up an impossibly steep, unmaintained trail on which bicycles are forbidden. Continuing to the left, you'll find the trail starts to get tricky. A few tricky and steep spots await you, all separated by a moderate climb up out of the canyon.
