Description

The Prairie Trail starts on steep slopes, and makes its way through tight trees. Once it turns east, the route transitions to the lower, open slopes of Mt. Helena.

The route is popular with hikers, trail runners and dog walkers from the surrounding neighborhoods, so be courteous to your fellow trail users.
